Today was Fartlek day.  If you ever want a workout that really kicks your butt, go for Fartlek’s!  If your butt isn’t kicked when your done your first rep, go faster the second.   I used every mental trick in the book to keep myself going (especially during the 8 minute hard run) (did I mention I was on my treadmill in the basement?) but I did it – I kicked Fartlek’s butt today!  What a great workout!

So here is what I did:

Merely a template – I found the template and changed it to fit me.  You change the speed to fit you.
